The rim on these plates is just deep enough to keep curry from spilling over the edge, which has been a game-changer for my weeknight dinners. They’re so light I can stack the whole set with one hand, and after three weeks of dishwasher cycles they still look brand new.
I’ve been dropping these plates into the sink and even the microwave without a single chip—that triple-layer glass is no joke. The subtle rim frames a bowl of curry perfectly and keeps it from sliding off the edge, and the whole set is so light I can pull it out of the cabinet with one hand.
The subtle rim actually keeps the sauce from spilling over the edge, which I didn't expect to matter so much. Everything's so light I keep forgetting they're real plates, but they've survived our week of daily use without a scratch.
