The square shape makes it sit neatly in the cabinet and on the table, which I love. It's held up through countless dishwasher cycles without a single chip, and the Vitrelle glass really does feel featherlight when I'm carrying it full.
I was honestly surprised at how light this bowl is when I picked it up — you'd never guess it's glass. It's been through the dishwasher a bunch of times and still looks brand new, and the square shape makes it easy to grip when I'm carrying it to the table.
